The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time versatile and talented Workforce Planning Co-Ordinator to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Brisbane Airport.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides day-to-day workforce coordination and planning support to ensure airport operations are adequately staffed, operationally efficient, and aligned with safety and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage weekly rosters across operational teams, balancing leave, training requirements, and overtime while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Analyse workforce trends to support forward planning, including forecasting staffing levels and identifying future training and resourcing requirements.
- Apply a strong working knowledge of enterprise agreements to ensure all rostering and workforce practices remain compliant.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with airline partners and key stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed performance standards and contractual obligations.
- Monitor operational schedules and communicate any changes impacting workforce deployment in a timely manner.
- Continuously review rostering practices to improve efficiency, support budget outcomes, and identify opportunities to optimise labour utilisation.
- Provide flexible support across the operations function, undertaking additional tasks and projects as required.

- Previous experience in the same or similar role for a minimum of 1 year
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Strong ability to problem solve and deliver solution based outcomes
- Be able to work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder services skills
- Effective and efficient time management skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail
- Proficient ability to utilise the Microsoft Office suite
