Join a team where you can optimise the patient experience. We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Nepean Hospital.

This weekend role covers Respiratory referrals across the hospital’s medical and surgical wards as well as the emergency department, working each Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Working with a group of colleagues including a senior and allied health assistants, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to an assigned caseload. Your commitment and diligence will be key in ensuring the safe, effective and patient-centred care for our patients at Nepean Hospital.

What you will bring to the role

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and National Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas
  • Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of & experience with Quality Improvement & Evidence Based practice
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel

Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
