Water Treatment Operator

THE POSITION

Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems to meet environmental and safety standards.

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.

Work closely with village maintenance and site teams to ensure smooth facility operations.

Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across the site.

THE PERSON

Certificate III in Water Industry Operations (or equivalent) – essential.

Previous experience operating wastewater treatment plants, ideally in remote or industrial settings.

Sound understanding of Australian environmental and safety regulations relating to wastewater.

Current driver’s licence (HR desirable) and ability to pass site medicals and police checks.

Coal Board Medical & S11 (desirable )
