About Us
Brian Hilton Motor Group is a leading automotive dealership group across NSW and QLD, representing multiple brands and employing 500+ people.
We’re looking for a WHS Advisor to partner with our People & Culture team and drive safety performance across our sites.
About the Role
Based in North Gosford, this role will see you take ownership of WHS systems and practices across the business. You will:
- Drive WHS compliance across all sites, including emergency procedures, registers and policies
- Lead consultation processes, including toolbox talks and safety committees
- Coordinate and deliver WHS training to leaders and employees
- Conduct site audits, identify risks and lead incident investigations
- Manage return to work processes for workplace injuries
About You
WHS qualification or equivalent practical experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Ability to stay across and apply WHS legislation and updates
Current driver licence and willingness to travel
