GWS Springvale Dealership offer New Car Sales for Honda & Kia & Used cars, and we are enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Used Car Sales Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your sales career with a well-established, family-owned dealership.

Your Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice on our leading brands
- Conduct test drives, present pricing options, and negotiate deals
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Build your own business within our business
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license
