Responsibilities or duties
In this role you will partner with leaders and teams across Personal Banking to design and deliver transformation initiatives that improve performance, customer outcomes and ways of working. You will:
- Act as a trusted advisor: You won't just present data; you'll shape and influence critical decisions by providing compelling, insight-led recommendations directly to senior leaders.
- Drive transformation from concept to reality: You’ll collaborate with the broader transformation team to take ownership of critical components or workstreams within complex, high-stakes projects, steering them from initial idea to successful implementation.
- Architect the future: You’ll be supported to design innovative, robust solutions that tackle major strategic challenges and capitalise on new opportunities, helping to shape the future of our Personal Banking business.
- Turn ambiguity into action: Dive deep into complex business opportunities, translating data and uncertainty into clear, powerful insights that fuel the rapid, Agile delivery of game-changing solutions.
- Lead collaborative breakthroughs: Orchestrate and facilitate high-impact workshops, bringing together diverse stakeholders to unlock creative thinking and co-create the path forward.
Qualifications or requirements
Experience needed
- 3-5 years’ experience in consulting within the Financial Services sector advising senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through clear, insightled recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence decisions through clear, insightled recommendations.
- Proven ability to deliver complex change initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Confidence working with ambiguity and translating complex information into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Strong data analysis and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into commercial decisions.
