Due to continued growth, Airport Toyota is seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and motivated Trainee Parts Storeperson to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry at our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership, purpose-built to deliver a modern, efficient and collaborative workplace. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a cutting-edge facility equipped with the latest systems, tools, and resources, alongside a supportive and experienced team.

As a key member of our Parts Department, you will assist with the warehousing, storage and distribution of automotive parts and accessories, ensuring our workshop and customers receive the right parts at the right time.

No Experience? No Problem!

If you are motivated, reliable and eager to learn, we will provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Receiving and checking incoming parts and accessories
  • Organising and storing inventory within the parts warehouse
  • Picking and packing parts for workshop and customer orders
  • Preparing goods for dispatch
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory processes
  • Supporting the Parts team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications or requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a team environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry
  • A current Driver’s Licence
  • Technical or mechanical knowledge (highly regarded but not essential)
