A fantastic opportunity has opened for a qualified and experienced Technician to join our state-of-the-art workshop in Gregory Hills.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out diagnosis on Toyota vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure dealers quality control levels are attained with the aim to Fix It Right
• Carry our major repairs and maintenance services in a timely manner
• Ensure all customer requests on the repair order are completed to a high-quality standard
• Maintain a clean and orderly service shop through the 5S principals
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Maintain accurate clocking and reporting on each repair order
• Involvement in Kaizen group activities where your experience and input will be valued
• Achieve monthly productivity targets as set by the Service Manager
• Carry out all tasks required according to standard work procedures

You’ll need:

• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Trade qualification – Light Vehicle Mechanic
• Previous Toyota dealership experience (highly regarded)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-first mindset
• Pride in your work and commitment to quality
• Great communication skills and a tidy work ethic
• Valid driver’s licence
• E-safety check (pink slip) licence – advantageous
