A fantastic opportunity has opened for a qualified and experienced Technician to join our state-of-the-art workshop in Gregory Hills.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out diagnosis on Toyota vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure dealers quality control levels are attained with the aim to Fix It Right
- Carry our major repairs and maintenance services in a timely manner
- Ensure all customer requests on the repair order are completed to a high-quality standard
- Maintain a clean and orderly service shop through the 5S principals
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Maintain accurate clocking and reporting on each repair order
- Involvement in Kaizen group activities where your experience and input will be valued
- Achieve monthly productivity targets as set by the Service Manager
- Carry out all tasks required according to standard work procedures
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who’s not just technically skilled, but motivated, reliable, and passionate about the automotive industry.
You’ll need:
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
- Trade qualification – Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Previous Toyota dealership experience (highly regarded)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-first mindset
- Pride in your work and commitment to quality
- Great communication skills and a tidy work ethic
- Valid driver’s licence
- E-safety check (pink slip) licence – advantageous
