About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team
  • Providing clinical supervision and professional development support
  • Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice
  • Partnering with families throughout their therapy journey
  • Using advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication
