About the Opportunity
By joining our talent pool, you may be considered for upcoming vacancies across a variety of programs including family support, early intervention, youth mental health, counselling, and community-based wellbeing initiatives.
Positions may be full-time, part-time, casual, or fixed-term depending on program needs and your availability.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals, children, and families to achieve positive outcomes
- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Experience or knowledge in family support, mental health, counselling, or community services (or a willingness to learn)
- Understanding of trauma-informed care, person-centred practice, and community-based interventions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant qualifications or a commitment to further professional development
- A current driver licence and willingness to undergo required safety and background checks
