We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our dynamic Hays team, serving our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client based in Sydney.
As a Talent Partner, you will be at the forefront of our client partnerships, representing Hays Enterprise Solutions with professionalism and expertise. Your primary focus will be to maximise opportunities to grow client accounts and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Expert Advice: Provide recruitment specialist advice, support, and recommendations on market conditions.
- Strategic Development: Develop strategies to maximise networks and information resources.
- Personal Branding: Demonstrate your expertise and credibility to clients, candidates, and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts and candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Facilitate the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement and aftercare.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and develop strategic talent pools in line with client requirements.
- Client Partnership: Partner with key stakeholders to recognise and seize growth opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Industry Experience: Ideally, recruitment experience with RPO clients.
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrates expert knowledge of the market and industry sector.
- Professional Skills: High-level partnering skills, professionalism, commercial acumen, and credibility.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment: Strong commitment to process standards, service delivery, and system integrity.
- Performance: Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
