Join a purpose‑driven People Team where your work truly matters. As one of two Talent Acquisition Specialists, you’ll help shape the future of Five Good Friends and The Lookout Way by attracting and selecting people who care deeply about community, inclusion, and making a meaningful difference.

In this role, you’ll own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across a diverse mix of roles — from high‑volume frontline hiring to specialist and professional positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, offering insights, structure, and calm expertise that helps them make confident, fair, and high‑quality hiring decisions.

You’ll thrive here if you love building relationships, juggling multiple priorities with ease, and delivering a standout candidate experience. From sourcing and shortlisting through to interviews, compliance checks, and offers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we find the right team, and everyone feels welcomed and informed from the very first interaction.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding, recruitment improvements, inclusive hiring practices, and People Team initiatives — helping create simple, intuitive, people‑centred systems that support our growing organisation.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4+ years of comprehensive experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally including volume or hard‑to‑fill roles
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management capability
• Confidence using ATS platforms, recruitment tech, and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Organisational strength and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• A friendly, proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
• A commitment to fairness, inclusion, confidentiality, and ethical practice
