About the Role
As a Support Coordinator within our Capacity Team, you will help NDIS participants build capacity, connect with supports, develop independence and navigate the complexities of the NDIS system confidently.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
- Build strong, trusting and person-centred relationships
- Connect participants with NDIS, mainstream and community supports
- Navigate barriers, respond to crises and support participants through change
- Work collaboratively with Leads, peers and multidisciplinary professionals
- Prepare reports, manage documentation and contribute to participant goals
This is impactful work — grounded in empowerment, dignity and choice.
About You
You believe in people and their right to define their own lives. You’re value-driven, adaptable and confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Have experience supporting people with psychosocial, physical, cognitive or complex needs
- Understand NDIS funding, planning and pathways
