Role Purpose

This role supports the insurance needs of strata clients, working closely with both the internal strata team and the partnered brokerage. It is well suited to a junior candidate, with the role open to individuals from a range of experience levels who are looking to build a career in insurance. The position focuses on client service, policy administration, and developing an understanding of strata-related risks and coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and servicing of strata insurance portfolios
  • Assist with renewals, policy updates, and general account administration
  • Liaise with the partnered brokerage and insurers to obtain quotes and policy information
  • Gather and manage client data to support accurate placement of cover
  • Maintain up-to-date records, compliance documentation, and client files
  • Provide day-to-day support to strata managers and respond to insurance-related queries
  • Assist with claims lodgements, follow ups, and general coordination
  • Build knowledge across strata insurance products and market conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in client service
  • Eager to learn and develop within the insurance industry
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support both internal teams and external partners
  • Interest in building a long term career within insurance, ideally within strata or property
