Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Storeperson to take ownership of site stores on our Scotia Project near Norseman. This is a high‑trust role for someone who knows their way around mining consumables, isn’t afraid of responsibility, and takes pride in running a tight ship.

No two days are the same, but you’ll be expected to keep everything moving, clean, compliant and accounted for.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, issuing, picking and packing stock
• Running daily cycle counts and managing inventory accuracy
• Loading/unloading freight safely and efficiently
• Managing all internal and external stock movements
• Maintaining stores integrity, security and housekeeping
• Managing mining consumables to sustainable levels
• Supporting site with deliveries and town pick‑ups as required
• Participating in pre‑starts, toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Conducting pre‑start checks, TTTCs and THAs
• Ensuring DG storage, CoR compliance and correct segregation

Qualifications

• Previous stores experience in mining or heavy industry
• Manual C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Strong Excel & Word skills
• Certificate III in Supply Chain / Warehousing (or higher)
• Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
• Dangerous Goods storage knowledge or formal training
• First Aid & CPR
• Current Working at Heights
• National Police Clearance
