This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on core platform and Marketing Cloud capabilities across a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Build and enhance integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and reliable, performant customer experiences
  • Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows and APIs, following strong engineering and CI/CD practices
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across tech, data and business teams to shape solutions and bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to solution analysis by validating concepts, estimating effort and supporting testing and deployment activities
  • Take ownership of both project delivery and business-as-usual work, balancing priorities in a fast-moving, agile team

What You'll Bring

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience across Apex, LWC, flows and integrations
  • Confidence working with data models, APIs and platform security concepts
  • Ability to think through problems and design practical, scalable solutions
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to step beyond defined roles
  • Salesforce certifications or exposure to Marketing Cloud are a bonus
