About Alba

Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class luxury wellness sanctuary. Enjoy over 30 geo-thermal pools, luxury villa accommodation, indulgent rituals and treatments in the spa or delight in Thyme restaurant, showcasing locally sourced produce in a menu created by award-winning chef Karen Martini.

The opportunity

We are expanding our team in the Spa department and invite passionate, experienced Spa Therapists to join our luxury wellness destination. In this role, you will deliver exceptional facials, massage, and body treatments, creating deeply restorative experiences for our guests.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in our bespoke spa rituals, working exclusively with premium brands Vanessa Megan and Sodashi.

The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Availability on Friday, Saturday and Mondays highly desirable.

About You

You have recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist

You have previous experience in a 5 star Spa Property

You have a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage (or equivalent)

You are experienced and confident in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments

You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude

You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills

You are capable, reliable and responsible

You are an Australian citizen or have working rights for Australia

You are currently residing in Australia
