In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of procurement capability and engagement initiatives across Transport for NSW. You will play a key role in translating procurement policies and frameworks into practical, user-friendly resources that enable consistent and effective application across the organisation.
- Assist in embedding procurement frameworks, policies, and systems by producing clear guidance and supporting materials for stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reform initiatives through research, process documentation, and workflow mapping.
- Coordinate and support trainings, workshops, intranet and sharepoint update, and engagement activities to drive capability uplift and adoption of best practices.

About you
- Proven experience contributing to procurement, training, communication, or change initiatives within a large and complex environment, ideally within the public sector.
- Solid understanding of NSW Government Procurement Policy Frameworks and the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
- Strong organisational and coordination capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with experience developing structured training materials, reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
