This is a full time position with the potential to earn up to $54,000 (commensurate with experience & skill levels applied) and more with additional allowances and/or overtime where worked.

Criteria

• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties required.
• Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 Meat processing) advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of different rotations.
• Proven high level of knife sharpening skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements.
• Highly developed interpersonal and commination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with supervisors on improving daily duties.
