Site Operations Supervisor

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for transport, safety, and customer service? We are seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to oversee the efficient, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
  • Report on DIFOT and operational performance to the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain safety and regulatory compliance through routine audits, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Lead and support a team of drivers, administrators, and subcontractors.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and team training needs.
  • Monitor and utilise operational systems to drive performance and productivity.

  • Strong knowledge of road transport regulations, including Standard Hours and BFM.
  • Experience in fleet scheduling, compliance auditing, and safety reporting.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a can-do attitude.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
