Your opportunity

Join Mission Australia as a Single Giving Coordinator and help bring our purpose to life by delivering meaningful fundraising experiences that inspire supporters to be part of creating lasting change.

In this role, you will combine heart with a strong project management mindset, coordinating multi-channel campaigns that connect people to real stories of impact.

Your work will directly contribute to programs that support individuals and families experiencing homelessness, strengthen communities facing disadvantages, and create pathways toward independence, stability and hope. By ensuring every campaign is thoughtfully planned and delivered with excellence, you will help turn generosity into tangible outcomes that improve lives and build stronger, more resilient communities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
  • Prepare and manage clear project briefs for creative, content, data and production activities
  • Oversee campaign logistics including print, mailhouse and digital execution with a strong attention to detail
  • Monitor budgets, track expenditure and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and within scope
  • Analyse results and provide insights to optimise future campaigns and strengthen overall program performance

Requirements for success

  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple campaigns end-to-end
  • Demonstrated prior experience in a fundraising role (Single Giving experience highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across campaign execution, reporting and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear briefs and updates
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactive, adaptable and purpose-driven, with a genuine commitment to working in a mission-led organisation

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.

Your benefits

To ensure our employees feel valued, empowered, and celebrated, we provide a range of employee benefits including:

  • Rewarding work – every day you know you’re making a real difference
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging, reducing your tax (details via AccessPay)
  • Free external, confidential counselling and access to chaplaincy support
