About the Role

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to be part of a large-scale Enterprise Engagement transformation program. This initiative focuses on building a centralised ServiceNow portal to streamline employee service requests across HR, IT, and corporate services.

You will play a key role in digitising manual processes, automating workflows, and delivering enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across multiple platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Design and build Service Catalogs and Catalog Items with approval workflows and automation
  • Develop solutions across Employee Centre, ITSM, HRSD, SPM, Custom Apps, and Enterprise Asset Management
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SAP, Identity Management, and Document Management systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Contribute to dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics
  • Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support platform administration, upgrades, patching, and enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, HRSD, Employee Centre, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong experience in Portal Development (HTML5, CSS, AngularJS)
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration
  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Experience working on large transformation or enterprise platform projects

  • Strong collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus
  • Resilience in high-pressure environments

This program aims to deliver a single, unified ServiceNow portal that replaces multiple legacy systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes. It will provide:

  • A centralised service request platform
  • Automated workflows across enterprise functions
  • Real-time dashboards and performance insights
  • Improved service delivery efficiency across the organisation

Eligibility & Compliance

  • Must have valid Australian working rights (Citizen / PR / eligible NZ citizen)
  • Willingness to undergo National Police Check and Security Clearance
