About The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service Receptionist to join the team in a casual or part-time arrangement, we will require two days a week – one being Monday. As a Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department. You play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-desk service while supporting the service team with administrative and customer coordination tasks.
In this role you will:
- Answer incoming service calls and return calls on behalf of the service department
- Prepare daily repair orders, including key tags, campaign checks, warranty verification, and updating customer details in ERA
- Assist customers with booking taxis, hire cars, or providing directions
- Support the concierge in welcoming service clients and managing vehicle check ins and check outs
- Perform general administrative duties, including banking and filing
- Manage the service department email inbox, responding to enquiries and requests in a timely manner

- Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to follow processed and procedures to meet company standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technologies
- High attention to detail with well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise duties, and work efficiently within a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the retail automotive industry is desirable
