About the Role:

Reporting directly to our Group Service Manager; & working alongside another Service Manager, we are seeking an experienced manager to assist our daily operations of our service centre based in Kirrawee!

Responsibilities:

• Hands on leading a team of Service Advisors
• Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and our back of house
• Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
• Delegating and scheduling of work
• Coaching, developing and assisting your team where required
• Reporting through ERA
• Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and CSI is achieved

About you:

You will be an experienced service manager (or assistant service manager with multi-franchise experience and experience with the above responsibilities)

ERA/ERA Net/Power Experience - highly regarded

You will have proven experience assisting & leading a team

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

A ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly

A reliable, Punctual and hardworking disposition
