What we are looking for
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk & Dispatch Lead to join our team, working across various airlines such as Korean Airlines, Malaysia Airlines & Singapore Airlines.
This opportunity is Part Time with an average of 28 hours per week (20 Hours minimum)
This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of airline services, providing leadership and support to frontline staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting Check-in Agents, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the shift.
- Supervising and assisting staff during passenger check-in.
- Conducting pre-flight staff briefings.
- Problem solving and providing solutions throughout the flight process.
- Managing acceptance of passenger payments as required.
- Performing check-in duties when needed.
- Coordinating aircraft dispatch and turnaround activities.
- Completing administrative and editing tasks related to flight operations.
