Responsibilities or duties
Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in & through the day.
Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates
Arranging loan vehicles
Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion
Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up
Deliver clear communication and top-tier customer experiences
Thrive in a structured, supportive environment
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
