Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth are seeking an experienced gifted people-person to join our team in a much sought after role as Service Advisor. We are the oldest Hyundai Dealership in South Australia. In this role you'll be equally committed to making sure our guests experience is beyond their expectations.

Responsibilities or duties

Mostly, you'll be required to ensure our customers are taken care of from drop off to pick up, including:

• Welcoming guests and checking in their vehicles
• Liaising with the client about any work that needs to be done
• Making sure their vehicle is ready on time and explaining the work carried out
• Arranging future service bookings.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

You will ideally possess:

• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential or hospitality/ retail background
• Drive to deliver exceptional customer service
• High level of integrity
• Superb interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
