Maddington Toyota is looking for a highly organised Service Administrator to become a vital member of our dynamic Service Team.
As a Service Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage all administrative tasks for the service department. This will include processing paperwork, data entry, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for all stakeholders.

- Possess excellent computer skills and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Are autonomous, diligent, and take full ownership and accountability for your workload.
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, delivering quality work while meeting strict deadlines.
- Have an enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive demeanour and always demonstrate a helpful attitude towards colleagues and guests.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey information to different stakeholders.
- Are punctual, dependable, adaptable, and flexible, always willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
- Dealership Administration Experience is preferred but not essential
