Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing 3rd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
- Taking ownership of platform, technology and architecture.
- Designing, implementing and delivering a broad range of IT projects.
- Collaborating with Service Desk, Technical Managers and Project teams.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
- Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 & Level 2 Support Engineers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, VMware / Hyper-V / AVD, Backup technologies and Network troubleshooting.
- Prior experience with AWS, Fortinet and Aruba is highly advantageous.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Azure, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, HP and Fortinet certifications are beneficial.
- A current driver’s license and vehicle.
