About the Role

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of direct client support and leadership exposure.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday with the potential for weekend, public holiday and overtime hours.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centred care in line with individual support plans
- Step in for unplanned shifts and ensure consistent, quality care
- Support clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence
- Work closely with our rostering and care teams to coordinate shifts
- Provide guidance and informal leadership to fellow support workers
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Driver’s Licence, reliable insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- A caring, adaptable professional who’s confident stepping into new situations
Experience in aged care is essential - and if you love solving problems, connecting with people, and bringing calm to the chaos, you’ll thrive here.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your care career - with the flexibility, trust, and recognition you deserve - we’d love to hear from you.
