About the role
Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, the Senior Procurement Officer – Services & Equipment is responsible for end-to-end procurement management across services and equipment categories. This includes strategic sourcing, tender management, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and franchise partners to deliver commercially sound, compliant, and value-driven procurement outcomes aligned with business priorities.
This role suits professionals seeking senior-level procurement and supply chain roles with a balance of strategic influence and hands-on delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing across services and equipment categories
- Negotiate contracts and manage strong, long-term supplier relationships
- Drive supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Manage tenders, contract renewals, and pricing in partnership with legal and finance
- Support procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of the equipment fleet
- Maintain asset, contract, and procurement reporting records
- Analyse spend, track savings, and support budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to key business projects and engage with internal and franchise stakeholders
About you
You are a proactive, detail-oriented procurement specialist with experience managing both strategic and operational procurement activities. You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex supplier relationships, and delivering measurable value.
You will bring:
- A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 5–8+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally within services and/or equipment categories
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and supplier performance management
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with strong Microsoft Office capability
- Experience using procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving ability
