We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Pre-Press Artist who is recognised as a technical authority in print and packaging production.
This is a career-defining opportunity to take full ownership of pre-press excellence within a respected and growing manufacturing business. You will be the gatekeeper of quality, colour accuracy, file integrity and press readiness ensuring every job is right, the first time.
The Role
Lead end-to-end pre-press operations across packaging and print projects
Manage colour profiling, separations, trapping, imposition and file optimisation
Conduct high-level preflight checks and resolve complex artwork challenges
Partner with Sales, Design and Production to protect brand and production outcomes
Drive workflow efficiency, risk reduction and continuous improvement
Mentor team members and elevate technical standards
About You
Extensive pre-press experience in print and packaging manufacturing
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability
Deep expertise in colour management and press processes (offset, flexo and/or digital)
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commercial mindset
Confident stakeholder influencer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
