We have an opportunity for a full-time Permanent Senior Plan Specialist who would be responsible for the successful end to end project coordination and transitional activities associated with several client facing projects.
This role is based in our Yarra Falls office and will be reporting to the Head of Awards and Vestings.
Why is this an exciting opportunity? Well, as a Senior Plan Specialist in Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) you will be involved in delivering a variety of small to medium sized recurring cyclical programs and client initiatives to the wider CPM operational and Client Development teams in a period of transformation. Responsibilities or duties
Some of the other key accountabilities:
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to plan and deliver project requirements within agreed deadlines
- Contribute to the planning and closing stages of a work stream
- Handle all tasks during the execution stage of a work stream
- Assist with the development and review of effective processes and methodologies, including process improvement and reviewing best practice
- Various administration and reporting duties which may include (but are not limited to), task lists, project plans, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and status reports
- Maintain effective lines of communication, expectations and reporting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and complete implementation of each initiative
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
What will you bring to the role?
You will use your strong Project Management, Organisational and Planning capabilities to excel in this role as well as being an excellent communicator! Building strong relationships internally and externally will also come natural to you.
Some other key skills that you'll have:
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and think outside the box to achieve the best outcomes
- Prior project coordination or administration experience
- Willingness to learn quickly and be adaptable to a changing environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Project
- Share Plan Experience and knowledge across all Plan types relating to Employee Share Plans
- A proven track record of working with ASX top 50 companies and the needs / requirements of such companies.
- Experience successfully delivering critical time projects for clients in a financial services industry
- Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology or similar
Experience needed
Prior project coordination or administration experience
A proven track record of working with ASX top 50 companies and the needs / requirements of such companies.
