About the Role
Shape workplace culture and inclusion across the Australian Government’s digital transformation agency. You’ll design HR strategies, deliver learning programs, and lead diversity initiatives that empower staff and strengthen organisational capability nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies
- Design and deliver learning and development programs
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Provide HR advice and support to staff and managers
- Draft communications to promote workforce initiatives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and networks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in HR, diversity, or workplace culture programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of learning and development frameworks
- Ability to design and deliver inclusive HR strategies
- Australian Citizenship with Baseline Security Clearance eligibility
