About the Role

Lead protective security operations across one of Australia’s most engaged government agencies. You’ll manage physical and personnel security, deliver training, oversee incident reporting, and ensure compliance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide protective security advice and guidance
• Lead compliance with PSPF requirements
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
• Deliver security awareness training and briefings
• Manage incident reports and clearance activities
• Oversee physical security operations and certifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate IV/Diploma in Government Security or equivalent
• Experience applying PSPF and ASIO technical standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to manage risk and resolve security issues
• Australian Citizenship with eligibility for NV1 Security Clearance
