We are seeking an experienced Security Delivery Lead to act as a trusted cyber security advisor and drive end-to-end security delivery for key clients. In this role, you will lead cyber security initiatives, develop strategic roadmaps, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver ongoing security improvements and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for cyber security delivery and service improvement
  • Lead security technology engineering and architecture discussions, translating outcomes into a clear cybersecurity roadmap
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary security teams to deliver services
  • Develop and deliver cyber security strategies, roadmaps, and maturity programs
  • Lead cyber security transition and transformation initiatives
  • Advise clients on threat landscapes, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external vendors
  • Coordinate investigation and response to security incidents
  • Drive service delivery improvements and identify opportunities for optimisation

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in IT, including 8+ years in Cyber Security
  • Strong Security Architecture experience
  • Demonstrated Security Engineering experience, in delivering to E8 ML2 level
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISM, PSPF, Essential 8, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS
  • Experience delivering cyber transformation or security maturity programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications such as SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar highly regarded
  • Degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related discipline preferred
