The Opportunity

Join our Digital Services team on a 6-month contract, supporting Ventia’s Salesforce Sales Cloud platform across all business sectors. In this role, you will provide critical digital support, including audit and compliance activities, licence renewals, system enhancements, and coordination with external support partners to ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce configuration, functionality, and security to align with Ventia’s account management and governance requirements.
  • Act as the system SME, supporting training development, delivery, and super user capability uplift in line with change management strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external SaaS vendors, including system support, enhancements, and compliance activities.
  • Lead audit remediation activities to ensure solutions meet Ventia Security Standards.
  • Maintain system documentation, records, and governance processes.

Sector Engagement & Delivery

  • Partner with Digital Services, Project Leaders, vendors, and Business Leads to improve SaaS application performance, support, and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Ventia Support Partners to maintain effective support processes and service delivery standards.
  • Support the Head of Business Applications with vendor management, compliance, and operational service delivery.
  • Contribute to Digital Services initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud application management.
  • Proven understanding of digital support processes and change management within a digital environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and delivery capabilities.
  • Experience in change management and supporting application governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with service delivery and compliance requirements related to user access management is highly desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Systems Management, or a related discipline are desirable.
