We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join our dealership.

In this position you will be responsible for all functions relating to Registrations, Sales Support and Stock Control. This includes:

  • Processing paperwork for direct vehicle purchases, vehicles sold/swapped, freight, trades, invoicing, payments, etc.;
  • Accurate and timely registrations of all vehicles;
  • Facilitating the movement of vehicles throughout the dealerships;
  • Organising & auditing retail/fleet vehicle paperwork;
  • Processing traffic infringements; and
  • Other administration tasks that relate to the sales support office functions

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Automotive Industry experience in a sales support role – highly regarded
  • National Police Certificate – mandatory requirement
  • Understanding of vehicle stock movements, associated documents & processes
  • Skills to manage a multi-task workload, meet priorities and varying demands
  • Self-motivation, initiative and problem solving expertise
