The Opportunity

Whether by phone or via email, as a Reservations Agent, you will play an integral role with backstage access in giving guests exceptional service. As the first point of contact you will be part of our guest’s journey, ensuring all aspects of the booking process is accurate and timely.

To be successful in this role you will love the soft persuasion in maximising sales with outstanding accuracy, and the ability to multitask in servicing our guests to the highest standard.

This is a Full-time position with availability across a 7-day roster required.

About You

• You have recent experience in a similar role
• You have experience with a Property Management System
• You are guest-centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
