Bring cars back to their best as a Repair Assistant! From learning how to fix scuffed rims to polish up windscreens, paint, and interiors, you’ll tackle the little details that make a big difference to Carma cars. If you are keen to be in a hands-on role, where you’ll learn practical repair techniques - this is the role for you!
Responsibilities or duties
- Repair rims, paint touch ups, interiors and windscreens with precision to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Learn our repair techniques to make sure all cars look amazing - and bring your own repair methods to the team - we’re open to ideas!
- Support the wider automotive production team moving cars around, washing cars and general tasks as required.
- Be open to learning new processes and ways of completing repairs - the team will have you upskilled in no time.
- Update all work orders on your iPad as you go through the day.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You have some experience working in a fast paced, hands on environment (doesn’t need to be automotive!)
- You have an interest in cars - or are keen to learn more.
- You’re comfortable using tech (especially Apple products) and can get the hang of new systems quickly.
- You’re open to learning new ways of doing things.
- You like to work on your feet, with different priorities everyday - juggle multiple things at once doesn't bother you.
- You’ve got an eye for detail and take pride in high-quality work.
- You have a valid NSW drivers licence.
