Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is the authorised supplier of Cat® power systems in Australia, PNG, and the Solomon Islands. As a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, EPSA provides new and used engines, generators, and hybrid energy systems for a broad range of industries. We also specialise in rental solutions for power generators, compressors, and temperature control systems.
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Rental Fleet Administrator to support the administration and coordination of our national rental fleet. This role focuses on maintaining accurate fleet data, managing asset movements and connectivity systems, and working closely with branches and internal stakeholders to support efficient fleet operations.
Based in Gillman (SA) with a hybrid working environment once established, you’ll play a key role within our Rental Solutions team, supporting the administration, visibility and connectivity of our national rental fleet.
What you will do:
- Administering the transfer and relocation of rental assets between branches nationally
- Maintaining accurate fleet data across ERP, GPS and connectivity platforms
- Registering assets and devices across systems including connectivity and tracking portals
- Monitoring fleet connectivity and reporting on non-reporting assets, including follow-up actions
- Processing asset adjustments, disposals and warranty registrations
- Setting up and administering customer and internal user access for fleet connectivity portals
- Supporting branches and customers with system access, reporting and troubleshooting
- Creating reports related to fleet status, transfers and connectivity performance
- Managing inventory and distribution of GPS and connectivity devices
- Maintaining fleet documentation libraries, records and supporting audits or stocktakes
- Providing administrative support during peak periods or leave coverage
What you will bring:
- 5+ years experience in an administrative, fleet, asset or operations support role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- Confidence working across multiple systems and online platforms
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including lookups and data comparison)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to improve processes
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders nationally
- The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience working with asset tracking, GPS platforms or fleet databases will be highly regarded but is not essential.
