What you'll be doing

Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care for the Hospital in the Home (HITH) service that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About you

Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge, abilities and competence relevant to the Hospital in the Home service.

Demonstrated advanced clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care.

Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome based care.

Understanding of management of clients with complex needs or deterioration in a community setting.

Current Driver license
