Based in Roma, you’ll lead workforce and social performance strategies that strengthen community partnerships, support local employment, and ensure we continue to earn and maintain our social licence to operate. • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse regional trends and develop practical solutions.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes
• Preferred candidates will be asked to pass a medical check, national criminal history check and two reference checks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, HRM, Business or a related field is highly regarded, or solid experience in the field.
