The Opportunity

As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a busy rail workforce pipeline. From sourcing and shortlisting to screening, onboarding and compliance — you’ll keep talent flowing and clients thriving.

Expect high volume, fast turnarounds, shifting priorities… and plenty of opportunities to shine.

Responsibilities

• Actively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing the onboarding process and preparing candidates for assignment
• Coordinating contracts, pre-employment medicals and compliance
• Working closely with our Training Team to ensure candidate readiness
• Maintaining database accuracy and completing associated admin
• Building strong relationships and communicating confidently in a blue-collar environment
• Thriving in a fast-paced team that adapts and evolves daily

Qualifications/Requirements

• Recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and quick learning ability
• Confident, flexible, positive and proactive
• Solid computer literacy across MS Office
