To support our growing business, Trojan is seeking a talented individual to become part of our West End, Brisbane team who has great recruiting experience, and can assist with building and maintaining solid candidate relationships.

About the role:
In this role, you will be an integral part of our busy recruitment team, while working with our Operations Manager and Client Development Manager to source candidates and provide great service to clients and candidates.
Key to your success will be your resilience, self-motivation and desire to achieve, along with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Recruitment activities including writing and placing advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checking and placement as well as candidate pool maintenance.
- Actively promoting, exploring, creating and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with both clients and candidates that extends to site visits / start-ups.
- WH&S responsibilities such as carrying out site safety audits, and adherence to Trojan policies and procedures as required.
Skills and Experience:
As the ideal person for this role you will have experience in recruitment either in an agency or internal team as well as customer service or administration. You will also be able to hit the ground running by demonstrating the following:
- Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment;
- Motivated by building strong connections and providing outstanding service to clients and candidates.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Solid recruitment and candidate management experience.
- You must possess a driver’s licence and motor vehicle for on the job use.
