The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role focuses purely on candidate management, service delivery and client support - zero sales required.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our Hallam recruitment team your main duties will include:

  • Sourcing and onboarding candidates for a variety of opportunities
  • Running individual and group interviews (online and/or face-to-face)
  • Ensuring all documentation, pre-employment checks, compliance checks, inductions and training are completed and recorded
  • Partnering with clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs and challenges (no sales required!)
  • Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
  • Database management of candidate, client and job information
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Achieving operational and customer service excellence, meeting time-to-fill targets and excelling in candidate and client care

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following

  • 1 year+ previous recruitment experience
  • FastTrack 360 experience (a bonus, not a must)
  • Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Driven, self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
