Background
Due to an internal promotion CJD are seeking a Receptionist to join the administration team based in our Guildford branch.
CJD Equipment Pty Ltd is a proudly Australian-owned Company serving the construction, mining, agricultural, and transport industries for over 50 years. With our head office in WA and 21 branches around the country in capital cities and regional areas, we employ over 500 employees.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Welcome all visitors and clients in a warm friendly manner and with a smile
- Manage email inboxes for administration and accounts
- Receive, screen, and forward all incoming calls in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Admin Manager
- Maintain stock of stationery and office supplies
