We are seeking an experienced Program Architect with deep Identity & Access Management (IDAM) expertise to provide technical leadership on a major transformation program where application security is critical.

The Role

You will lead the design and governance of secure identity and access solutions, ensuring systems, applications, and platforms are protected and aligned to best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise-wide IDAM and security architecture
• Define authentication, authorisation, and identity lifecycle frameworks
• Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams
• Govern solution designs and security standards
• Embed security-by-design across applications and platforms
• Partner with delivery, cyber, and business teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Program, Enterprise, or Security Architect
• Strong hands-on IDAM experience (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
• Solid background in application and cloud security
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience in regulated environments
• TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or similar certifications
• Exposure to Zero Trust and modern security frameworks
