Protech is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company in Chipping Norton to recruit Production Operators for ongoing casual roles.

About the Role:
Day Shift – 7:00 AM start
Casual ongoing employment with permanent opportunities
Pay rate: $38.03/hr after 3 months
Responsibilities or duties
- Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or process issues
- Ensure product quality standards are met throughout the production process
Qualifications or requirements
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
