Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Operator for a leading aerospace paint and sealant manufacturer located in Tullamarine.

Key Duties:

• Pack sealant into cartridges and cans using hydraulic fillers
• Label, bag, and box products
• Perform quality checks and feed products into machinery
• Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and cross-trained tasks in paint production

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar environments - meeting KPIs and working in process line.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident ONLY.
• Current car license and own vehicle.
• Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg – lifting devices provided)
• Willing to clear police check, medical, and drug/alcohol screening
• Attention to detail, reliable, and a team player
